The future of safety eyewear is here today. uvex genesis Safety Eyewear is technologically engineered to combine unsurpassed protection with comfort and style. Uvex uses an innovative molding process called MMT" (Multi-Material Technology') that allows soft elastomers to be molded to the facial contact points of the lightweight, rigid thermoplastic frame. These soft elastomers serve as shock absorbers, diffusing and deflecting impact from the face for enhanced protection. uvex engineers have placed a ventilation channel between the lens and the soft elastomer brow bumper, directing air flow under the lens to reduce moisture buildup and minimize fogging. The ultrasoft flexible nose bridge conforms to each wearer's nose for a comfortable, custom fit. Spatulite temples feature a three-position lens inclination system and adjustable length. Dual 9-base wraparound lens increases protection while allowing excellent peripheral vision. The lens will absorb 99.9% of all harmful UVA and UVB radiation.
